Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

24 hours are required prior to the pickup time. To make a booking on our website, simply navigate to the “Book Now” section and select your desired destination, dates, and number of guests. If you encounter any difficulties, reach out to us for offline bookings.

What information do I need in order to book?

To book our car rental service, you will need to provide your personal information, such as your full name, contact details, and the address of the transfer destination.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you are unable to find the destination or route you want to book on our website, we recommend reaching out to our customer support for personalized transfers tailored to your needs.  The same applies to multi-day transfers and any other specific requirements you may have. Our customer support team will be more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect route and arranging the booking according to your preferences.

How do I pay for my transfer?

Augustine Transfers accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. So you have different choices to pay for your transfer.  We ensure a secure payment process through encryption technology to protect your personal information.

Before you travel

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

If you are to be picked up from Bujumbura or Kigali Airport, your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. If you are arriving at a different location, please provide us with your specific arrival details so that we can coordinate the meeting point accordingly. Our driver will be waiting to greet you and assist with your luggage upon arrival.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

You will be provided with the phone number of the driver who will arrange your transfer. This way, you can directly contact the driver to coordinate and resolve any issues regarding the pickup location around Kigali or Bujumbura.
